Very fun little game! I got distracted and tried to optimize the minimal number of turns needed to win. I got a build that wins in 50 turns (technically 45 I think since you can start work on one goal on the same turn you complete another goal).
And here's my worksheet where I calculated how to best optimize it. If I could find a way to move things around and add one more Sushi Stand I could get a better score.
